Currently working as a HOD in physiotherapy department in the Neurocity hospital and the Healthcity hospital.His journey as a physiotherapist started from dr mv Shetty College mangalore (RGUHS )along with studies, he always participated in other curricular activities related to the profession. During his studies went through the clinical training at MTFI Mangalore and many more hospitals. After completing B.P.T, MPT (Ortho/Sports) and Bsc (Nursing),Msc nursing(psychiatry)he started his clinical practise as a Head of department in Heritage hospital Varanasi and later on joined as Head of department in Apex hospital and principal Apex college of physiotherapy .
In between and before, He had done many confrence,workshop and courses to learn new techniques of the profession like Cupping Therapy, Taping, Bobath Technique, Anti Natal, Post Natal etc. With his sincere and dedicated performance , He was assigned the role as HOD of Physiotherapy Department. During the period as the Head of Department, He use to Organise many Free camps for weaker sections in hospitals as well as rural areas. He held many seminars and awareness camps through which people got to know about the importance of physiotherapy.
Many students of Physiotherapy started coming for clinical training under my guidance and mentorship. They got benefitted from her experience in the field and they got good practical exposure as well as the skills required to treat the patients. After completing their training, we also provided certificates for their clinical training.
Every year on Physiotherapy day, we organise free camps for any kind of patients where they could get free consultation from the doctors of the hospital. Dr. Anup Mishra has given the Physiotherapy service to the poor people who could not afford the treatment. In the camps we also conducted Poster making competitions in which students take participation and the best one gets awarded.
Dr. Anup have been awarded as in many conferences which were attended by many elites of this field. Dr. Anup have been into selfless service to the society like free treatment to the cancer patient, CP patient etc. He have also been associated with NGOs where we provided our service to the disabled children free of cost.
