Introduction: Dr.Seeta Singh is borne and raised in Mumbai Maharashtra. She is a Consultant Physiotherapist and Clinical Nutritionists by profession. She is multi-talented girl.
Education: She had passed her SSC and HSC from Maharashtra State board Pune in March 2000 and Feb 2002 respectively. She had completed her graduation from Allahabad Agricultural Institute University in 2006. She completed her internship successfully. She completed her Post graduation from Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences in 2013 . She had completed her diploma in Clinical Nutritionists in 2009.

Workshops: Dr.Seeta had attended total 15 workshops till Oct 2019 to get fine knowledge, skill and better hand on techniques.
She started working as an organizer from June 2020 and had conducted many webinar during Pandemic.
Conference : Attended International Conference & Workshops of Physical Therapy, at AIIMS in 2011 New Delhi. She had done her poster presentation.
Awards: She is been felicitated by Merit Certificates by Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences in 2014.
She is been awarded with Certificate of Honor by Aditya Birla & Ultracet Company for counseling female staff on occasion of “International women days” in 2018.
Work experience: She had total 14yrs of work experience till 2020 .
Employment history: She worked with Narayan Sevak Sanstha for one year, were she delivered her services free to poor people. (2007-2008) in Goregaon city.
Her working tenure with Urmiortho Care center was 2yrs (2009-2011) in Thane city.
She had worked as junior Physiotherapist in Shreyas Physiotherapy Center from 2008-2011.
She had worked with Gokhale Orthopedic hospital for five and half year (2015-2020) in Dombivali city.
She had worked as a Consultant in Shreyas Physiotherapy Center from Feb 2014 till March 2020 in Kalwa.
Currently She is working with Prasad Physiotherapy Center as a Consultant in Dombivali City.
Meanwhile She had participated in number of Camp which was conducted on women day, Osteoporosis day etc. She do counseling for cancer patients for free of cost . She is a You Tuber.

Skills: She is skilled in assessing, diagnosing and treating and making exercises protocol as per patient condition and comforts.
Skilled in dry needling, taping, manual approach like Maitland glides ,MFR,MET, ART etc
Skilled in weight management program designed as per Patients illness.
Skilled in PNC exercises program.
Objective : Patients education regarding there condition . Awareness about Physiotherapy in various conditions like diabetes, blood pressure, joint pain in various arthritis condition, urine incontinence, post chemotherapy fatigue rehabilitation, post surgery rehabilitation, hemiplegia condition etc.
