Planter fasciitis:

Planter fascia is made up of three thick flat fibrous bands in the bottom of your foot .these three bands help to form the arch of the foot

With planter fasciitis you may sustain some micro tear in the bands .These micro tear results in the inflammation of the planter fasciitis

Planter fasciitis bands have a poor blood supply and generally do not heal quickly.

THREE THINGS MUST DO WITH PLANTER FASCIITIS :

Pain in the arch most commonly in the inner arch adjacent to the heel.but in the acute ( new ) case of planter fasciitis whole arch may hurt or even the front of the arch .

After sleeping overnight the arch pain usually improves.

The arch pain’ also tends to subsides once you take the weight off your foot for a prolonged period .but if you resume weight bearing and waking the pain returns rapidly and is often sharp , intense after a free steps .

ANYONE WITH PLANTER FASCIITIS CAN DO THIS EVERY MORNING :

Exercises/ starches

Learn to walk properly so may your planter fasciitis heel properly .

Do not walk with knee extended or bent in

CORRECT CORRECT POSTURE TO WALK :

Walk with less heel strike .your goal is to avoid ful weight bearing in the heel with the initial foot contact with the heel .

Do not walk with knee hyperextended

Shortened your stride

When your foot first makes contact with the floor attempt to spread out weight between the heel and forefoot .

Lean slightly forward with walking.

ICE V/S HEAT FOR PLANTER FASCIITIS :

Heat : Regular hear only penetrates few millimeter into the skin and fasica

Infrared heat can penetrate 60Milimeter or 2.36 inches
